Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated

Lead Generation Specialist

to drive the growth of our business by identifying and engaging potential leads. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to grow within our sales and marketing team and play a key role in the business's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities within the targeted market. Qualify inbound leads and convert them into prospects through effective communication. Use various tools and platforms to find and connect with potential clients (LinkedIn, databases). Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine lead generation strategies. Manage and update lead databases, ensuring information is accurate and current. Participate in meetings with potential clients, discussing their needs and identifying how our solutions can meet them. Assist in the nurturing process of leads by creating customized follow-ups and touchpoints. Track and report on lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Knowledge of lead generation platforms is a plus. Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques. Ability to work independently and within a team. Freshers or individuals with 0-1.5 years of experience in lead generation, tele-sales, or customer engagement. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growing in the sales field.
