Responsibilities:
Social Media Lead Generation Strategy:
Develop and implement proactive social media lead generation strategies aligned with our target audience and business objectives.

Platform Expertise:
Identify and actively engage with potential leads across relevant social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, industry-specific forums).
Content Engagement:
Monitor social media conversations, identify relevant discussions, and engage thoughtfully to position our company as a valuable resource and identify potential leads.
Direct Outreach:
Conduct targeted outreach and personalized messaging to potential leads on social media platforms.
Relationship Building:
Build rapport and nurture relationships with potential leads through consistent and valuable interactions.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., industry, company size, pain points, interest level) and gather essential information.
CRM Management:
Accurately record and update lead information, interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track and analyze social media lead generation activities, measure results against targets, and provide regular reports on performance and insights.
Staying Updated:
Continuously stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices for lead generation.
Content Ideation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify content opportunities that can attract and engage potential leads on social media.
Experimentation & Optimization:
Test different approaches, messaging, and tactics to optimize lead generation effectiveness on social media.
