We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Lead Generation Specialist

with

2+ years of experience

working with

US and UK clients

. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English communication and responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and converting leads into clients, and managing the process end-to-end. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a passion for driving growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



Research and Identify Prospects:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries.

Generate Leads:

Use tools and methods such as email campaigns, social media, and cold calling to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.

Outreach:

Execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage potential clients.

Qualify and Convert Leads:

Understand customer needs and pain points, qualify prospects, and convert them into active clients.

Manage CRM:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system, tracking the progress of leads through the pipeline.

Track and Report Metrics:

Monitor and report on lead generation performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine lead generation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum

2 years of proven experience

in lead generation or sales, specifically working with

US and UK clients

Fluent English communication

(spoken and written) Proven ability to

handle the complete sales cycle independently

- from lead generation to client conversion Familiarity with digital marketing tactics like email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
