Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - Partner Channel Focus

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Specialist with a strong
background in identifying and qualifying channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
(SIs). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation,
preferably in the technology or SaaS sector, and will be responsible for building a robust pipeline
of prospective partners to support our channel sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Research and Identify: Target and build a qualified database of potential partners
including resellers, system integrators, distributors, and technology alliances in key
markets.
? Qualification: Assess the prospects to assess mutual fit, business potential, and
alignment with our product and services.
? CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and
partner engagements in the CRM system
? Collaborate: Work closely with the partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to refine
targeting criteria, messaging, and campaign performance.
? Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics including number of leads
generated, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
? Market Intelligence: Stay informed about partner ecosystem trends, competitor activity,
and industry news to help shape lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
? 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation with a focus on partner or channel
acquisition.
? Proven experience targeting resellers, SIs, or VARs in the IT, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise
software domains.
? Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, distribution models, and channel sales.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal.
? Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and lead generation
tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
? Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
? Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
Nice to Have:
? Experience working with global partners or in multi-regional markets.
? Understanding of key technology domains such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or
enterprise IT.
? Familiarity with channel partner programs and onboarding processes.
