Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven
Lead Generation Specialist
to identify, engage, and qualify potential business leads. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by researching prospects, initiating outreach, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, cold calling, etc.)
Research target accounts, insurers, brokers, corporates, and decision-makers
Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation strategies
Track lead conversion metrics and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
Experience in HealthTech, InsurTech, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of CRM tools and lead management processes
Ability to research, analyze, and identify potential prospects
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
