Role Overview



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Lead Generation Expert

to fuel our sales engine. In this role, you will identify, nurture, and qualify potential B2B clients across digital channels, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect Research:

Identify ideal B2B clients using LinkedIn, databases, and industry directories.

Outbound Lead Generation:

Execute targeted outreach through cold emails, cold calling, WhatsApp, Apollo tool, and LinkedIn.

Lead Qualification:

Assess prospect needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making authority.

Campaign Execution:

Run multi-channel lead-gen sequences tailored to different industries.

Database Management:

Build, organize, and maintain accurate lead lists and pipelines.

KPIs & Reporting:

Track daily/weekly metrics--leads generated, conversations, conversions, and meetings booked.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the inside sales team to hand off warm leads smoothly.

What Makes You a Great Fit



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development (internship experience is acceptable). Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools. Experience with CRM platforms like Zoho CRM Excellent communication, research, and email-writing skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a hunger to meet targets. Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
