Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in generating high-quality SEO and PPC business leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and proven expertise in email marketing, cold calling, and outbound prospecting to acquire potential clients for SEO and paid advertising services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified SEO and PPC leads through email marketing campaigns, cold calling, and outbound outreach*

Research and identify target businesses, decision-makers, and marketing needs
Build and manage prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn, business directories, and CRM platforms
Execute cold calls to pitch SEO and PPC services and schedule sales meetings
Create and optimize email outreach campaigns to improve open and response rates
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads into opportunities
Understand client pain points related to SEO rankings, website traffic, and paid advertising performance
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in CRM
Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing teams to ensure lead quality
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation for SEO and PPC services*

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing concepts*

Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and cold calling*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pitch digital marketing services confidently to international and domestic clients
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and lead databases
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Experience generating B2B leads for digital marketing agencies*

Familiarity with international markets (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
Knowledge of email automation and prospecting tools
Prior experience working with SEO or PPC sales teams
