Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B clients in USA, Canada, and other Western countries.
Develop and execute
outreach campaigns
via cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn networking, and other digital channels.
Generate a consistent pipeline of
qualified leads
in the SEO and website development sector.
Work closely with the senior business development team to
schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls
.
Maintain and update CRM with lead and campaign data.
Analyze lead sources and optimize strategies for
better conversion rates
.
Stay up to date with
best practices in international lead generation
and digital prospecting.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (2-4 years) in
lead generation or inside sales
for SEO, web development, or digital marketing services.
Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to independently run outreach campaigns across multiple channels.
Familiarity with
B2B sales cycles in international markets
(USA, Canada preferred).
Analytical mindset to track, measure, and improve lead generation KPIs.
