Role Overview
The
Lead Generator
will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating awareness about Calmscious services, and nurturing leads through phone calls, online platforms, and local outreach. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for helping people access mental wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, messages, and social media.
Maintain and update lead databases accurately.
Explain Calmscious services clearly to prospects.
Follow up with leads to convert them into consultations.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns when required.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum graduate (any stream).
Experience:
0-2 years in sales/lead generation/telecalling (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication in Tamil and English.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets).
Confidence and persistence in follow-ups.
Personality:
Self-motivated, empathetic, and target-oriented.
