Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Lead Generation Specialist with deep expertise in LinkedIn to drive lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential prospects, initiating conversations, and nurturing leads through personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategically search and identify prospects on LinkedIn based on target segments and campaign objectives.

2. Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to initiate conversations.

3. Craft and share tailored outreach emails with relevant use cases, value propositions, and meeting invitations.

4. Maintain and update outreach tracking sheets and CRM tools.

5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize outreach strategies.

6. Monitor LinkedIn engagement metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in LinkedIn-based outreach and B2B lead generation. - Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to craft compelling, personalized messages.

3. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working:

1. Office hours: 10 AM to 07 PM, Days: Monday to Saturday.
