The Role:
We're seeking a self-driven, ambitious
Lead Generation Executive or Specialist
who lives for results. Your mission?
Bring in qualified leads
, build pipelines, and fuel our growth. You'll work directly with the founder and receive
commission on every closed deal

Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, social platforms, and more.
Generate high-quality leads for our design and publishing services.
Follow up with warm leads and schedule discovery calls.
Collaborate with our team to hand off leads and close deals.
Maintain a simple tracker to report weekly performance and conversions.

You're a Great Fit If You:
Have
1+ years' experience
in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferred, not mandatory).
Are
goal-oriented
and self-motivated -- you don't wait to be told what to do.
Know how to use fetch or extract data from Social Media and have good analytics skills.
Have excellent
written communication
and can personalize outreach.
Are passionate about
design, publishing, startups, or creative industries
.
