Lead Generation Specialist (Full-Time)

Revstar Solutions | Remote | ?20,000/month + Bonus | Immediate Start

Location: Remote (Candidates from Tier-1 Indian cities preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in outbound sales / lead generation

Salary: ₹20,000/month (fixed) + performance-based incentives

Probation: 3 months

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Commitment: Only long-term applicants will be considered

About the Role:

We're hiring experienced, high-performance Lead Generation Specialists to scale our outreach engine. If you're motivated, speak clearly, and can handle volume we want you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Make 100+ outbound calls/day to prospects

Use proven scripts and update CRM records

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business team

Follow a performance-driven process and hit targets consistently

Bring a professional, high-energy voice to every call

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in outbound calling or lead generation

Excellent spoken English with neutral accent (No strong regional tone)

Must be from a major Indian city (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, etc.)

Strong internet, personal laptop, and quiet work environment

Comfortable with remote work, productivity tracking, and CRM tools

Looking for a stable, long-term role (minimum 1-year commitment)
