Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist (3-5 years) for a remote or part-time role, based in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), as well as conducting research to identify and qualify high-quality leads. The role requires ownership of the lead funnel, pipeline management, and close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement lead generation strategies on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
Research, identify, and qualify new B2B and B2C leads.
Manage CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
Collaborate with sales to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Monitor KPIs (CPL, lead quality, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI.
Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in lead generation across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C funnels and digital marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with remote teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
