Lead Generation Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential clients using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other online tools. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, social media channels, and online databases.
Generate, qualify, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn messaging, email, and other communication platforms.
Maintain accurate records of lead information and interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support outreach campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and social media platforms for lead generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
