Lead Generation Specialist
SERP Forge is a growth-focused marketing agency that helps SaaS and digital-first businesses scale through SEO and performance marketing. We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can take ownership of building a qualified sales pipeline using multiple channels - cold outreach, social media, paid ads, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential SaaS and B2B prospects across different industries.
Run cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
Manage and optimize paid lead gen campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
Nurture leads and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Experiment with new lead channels and keep up with evolving outreach trends.
Track, measure, and report on lead generation activities and performance.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development (B2B/SaaS background is a plus).
Strong knowledge of outreach tools, CRM, and automation platforms.
Experience running cold email, LinkedIn, and/or paid campaigns.
Understanding of lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
Creative and persistent approach to opening new conversations.
Strong communication and written skills.
