Job Summary:



The Sales Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers to support the sales team in growing the company's client base. This role involves researching markets, reaching out to prospects, and setting appointments or passing qualified leads to sales representatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads using CRM tools. Research and identify potential clients through online databases, industry events, and networking platforms. Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads. Schedule appointments, demos, or introductory meetings for the sales team. Track all communications and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Strong research, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with B2B lead generation. Familiarity with the industry or target market. Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
