to help us acquire clients through freelancing platforms like
Fiverr and Upwork

Key Responsibilities:
Freelance Platform Sales (Fiverr / Upwork):
Regularly monitor buyer requests & job postings
Write customized proposals and messages to win new projects
Manage and optimize agency profile, gigs, and reviews on Fiverr & Upwork
Communicate with prospects via platform chat, build rapport, and close deals
Coordinate with internal team for pricing, timelines, and project delivery
Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, or other platforms
Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Track daily outreach and conversion metrics in Google Sheets/CRM
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in freelance platform bidding or digital agency sales
Strong written & spoken English communication skills (MUST)
Knowledge of Fiverr/Upwork best practices
Ability to write client-winning proposals and follow-ups
Self-driven, target-focused, and organized
Basic understanding of digital services like web design, ads, SEO, or social media
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion)
Knowledge of Canva, Loom, Google Docs
Prior sales experience in digital agencies or B2B services
Compensation:
Fixed Monthly Salary: ?12,000 - ?25,000 based on experience
Incentives: 10-20% of each closed project value
Bonus on monthly sales targets
Growth Opportunities:
