We are looking for an Organic Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality leads through engagement, content creation, and direct messaging (DM) on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. The role is open to candidates with some experience, including freshers and interns, but is not limited to them--experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply. All lead generation must be organic, with no paid ads or automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with target audiences by commenting, liking, and participating in discussions on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Create and share relevant content (posts, articles, case studies) to attract and nurture leads.
Initiate and manage personalized DM conversations to build relationships and qualify prospects.
Research and identify new prospects using social media and online communities.
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Track engagement and lead generation metrics for continuous improvement.
