Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute strategies that attract and engage potential customers. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads, boost sales growth, and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.)

2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and ideal leads

3. Create and manage lead generation campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more

4. Optimize and refine lead generation strategies based on data analysis and performance metrics

5. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and feedback

6. Monitor and report on lead generation performance, providing insights for future improvements

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role

2. Strong understanding of lead generation channels and tactics

3. Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
