Job Summary

We are hiring a

Lead Generation Specialist

to generate and qualify high-quality leads for our customized web development services. This role focuses on lead quality, qualification, and CRM discipline, not just running ads. You will work closely with the Sales team and manage all leads using Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads using:

Google Search Ads
Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads
Target the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Contact new leads within SLA timelines (call / WhatsApp)

Qualify leads based on:

Business requirement
Budget range
Timeline
Decision-maker availability
Disqualify non-serious or low-budget leads

Update and manage all lead data accurately in Zoho CRM

Assign lead quality status before handover to Sales

Track lead sources and performance metrics

Coordinate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of qualified leadsgenerated per month
Cost per qualified lead (CPL)
Lead response time
Percentage of leads accepted by Sales
CRM data accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Basic understanding of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Ability to evaluate lead intent and seriousness
Data-driven mindset

Preferred Experience

Experience in IT services / web development lead generation
Prior experience working with sales teams

Salary: ?30,000 - ?40,000 per month(based on experience)
