We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) with 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Upwork to generate, qualify, and convert high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Upwork
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork bidding
Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and timeline
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM tools
Analyze lead generation performance and optimize strategies
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry insights
