Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in B2B lead research and outbound outreach. The role involves identifying potential clients, building accurate prospect lists, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads using multiple sourcing and engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn search and other online platforms
Use tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Uplead, and Clutch for data mining and contact research
Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with verified contact details
Execute cold email campaigns and follow-ups to initiate conversations with prospects
Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and compliance while sourcing leads
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand target industries and buyer personas
Track and report lead generation activities and outcomes on a regular basis
Continuously optimize lead sourcing strategies to improve response and conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in B2B
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead sourcing tools
Working knowledge of ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Uplead, and Clutch
Experience in drafting and executing cold email campaigns
Good understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound sales processes
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with CRM systems
Basic understanding of email deliverability and outreach best practices
Experience in IT services or staffing industry is a plus
