Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through direct sales.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead follow-up and client servicing.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve product offerings.
Represent the company professionally at all client interactions and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (direct sales experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
Strong presentation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Must be comfortable with travel and fieldwork.
