Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ?45,000/month

This range is unlocked by achieving sales targets of $4,000 - $8,000 USD/month

Extra incentives for exceeding targets

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, nurture & convert IT leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email & social media

Maintain CRM & track conversions

Build strong client relationships & deliver consultative sales

Requirements:

? 4-5 years proven IT lead generation & conversion experience

? Strong communication, negotiation & CRM skills

? Target-driven mindset, adaptable in fast-paced environments
