We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and databases
Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in CRM
Collaborate with the sales/business development team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads
Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation progress
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research
Goal-oriented and able to work independently
Good time management and organizational skills
