We are seeking a results-driven

Lead Generation Specialist

to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching target markets, initiating contact with potential clients, and managing prospects through the sales funnel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email) Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team Maintain and update CRM with lead information and interactions Work closely with marketing to align messaging and improve lead conversion rates Track, measure, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes

Requirements:



Proven experience in lead generation or sales Strong communication and interpersonal skill Ability to work independently and meet targets Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?11,000.00 per month
