Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through databases, social media, and networking platforms.
Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage prospects to generate qualified leads.
Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory. For fresher candidates, we give training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
