Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Indore. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, building and maintaining accurate databases of new leads, conducting research to understand industry-specific needs, and executing targeted outreach strategies. The role requires effective communication with potential clients, collaboration with sales teams, and providing the initial bridge for developing client relationships. Maintaining timely follow-ups and generating qualified opportunities will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively Proficiency in Sales strategy and outreach techniques Research skills to identify new opportunities and industry trends Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
