Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Research
: Identify and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and other B2B platforms.
Outreach Campaigns
: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to spark interest and drive engagement.
Cold Calling & Direct Engagement
: Connect with decision-makers via phone calls to build rapport and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Social Selling
: Leverage LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social platforms to nurture leads and build professional relationships.
CRM Management
: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system to ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
Collaboration
: Work closely with sales managers to design and refine outreach strategies tailored to specific markets.
Target Achievement
: Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting setup goals.
Innovation
: Explore and test new lead sourcing tools, trends, and channels to stay ahead in the market.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of proven
B2B lead generation experience
within IT services or technology solutions.
Hands-on expertise with

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with confidence in engaging senior-level executives.
