to fuel our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality prospects across multiple channels. This role demands a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with

C-level executives and decision-makers

Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting & Research

: Identify and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and other B2B platforms.

Outreach Campaigns

: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to spark interest and drive engagement.

Cold Calling & Direct Engagement

: Connect with decision-makers via phone calls to build rapport and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Social Selling

: Leverage LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social platforms to nurture leads and build professional relationships.

CRM Management

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system to ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.

Collaboration

: Work closely with sales managers to design and refine outreach strategies tailored to specific markets.

Target Achievement

: Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting setup goals.

Innovation

: Explore and test new lead sourcing tools, trends, and channels to stay ahead in the market.

Required Skills & Experience:



2-5 years of proven

B2B lead generation experience

within IT services or technology solutions. Hands-on expertise with

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and cold calling

. Strong understanding of technology solutions, including

mobile, web, and AI-driven products

. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with confidence in engaging senior-level executives. Proven ability to work independently, generate leads consistently, and thrive in a

target-driven environment

. Strong research and analytical skills to identify the right prospects effectively.
