Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as databases, LinkedIn, trade shows, business directories, and more. Use tools like CRM software, social media, and web searches to find accurate contact information. Maintain up-to-date records of lead interactions, sales activities, and status in the CRM system. Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation activity, conversion rates, and sales outcomes. Provide regular updates and reports to management on lead generation progress. Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Development Representative, or similar role. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential leads. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on building relationships. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Basic understanding of sales cycles and B2B sales processes. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,533.97 - ₹20,000.00 per month
