Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Executive
who can research, connect, and engage potential clients for
software development, mobile application development, AI software, and automation services
. The role involves end-to-end lead generation,
initial client calling
, qualification, and fixing meetings to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
in-depth market and company research
to identify potential clients based on industry, turnover, employee size, geography, and technology stack
Build and maintain
targeted lead databases
segmented industry-wise, region-wise, and revenue-wise
Identify and validate
key decision-makers
such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, COOs, Product Managers, and IT Heads
Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
extensively for prospecting, filtering, lead tracking, and outreach
Perform
initial outbound calls
to introduce company services, understand client pain points, and assess project requirements
Pitch
software development, mobile app development, AI solutions, SaaS products, and automation services
in a consultative manner
Handle
cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls
to nurture prospects
Execute
bulk email outreach campaigns
, monitor responses, and manage follow-ups
Generate leads via
LinkedIn outreach, social media platforms, business forums, and online communities
Fix
qualified meetings, demos, or discovery calls
for the sales or leadership team
Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or similar frameworks)
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, responses, and lead status in
CRM tools
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve
email content, call scripts, and messaging
Track and analyze lead generation performance and suggest
process improvements
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Ensure compliance with
email regulations, data privacy norms, and best outreach practices
Work towards
monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting-fixation targets
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
B2B lead generation and client calling
for IT services or software companies
Strong experience with
cold calling and first-level client communication
Hands-on expertise in
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to independently research and build high-quality databases
Experience with
CRM systems and bulk email tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
AI software, automation solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation services
Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, Hunter, Lusha, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Experience handling
international clients
(US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC)
Understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and conversion metrics
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of outbound calls and conversations per day
Qualified leads generated
Meetings or demos fixed
Conversion rate from outreach to opportunity
CRM data accuracy and follow-up effectiveness
