Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist (women only) to manage business inquiries and generate leads through platforms like Indiamart, TradeIndia, and Projects Today. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, fluent in English, and capable of handling reporting, CRM updates, and management support. This is a non-sales role focused on backend operations and lead coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively manage and respond to daily lead inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Projects Today. Make proactive outbound calls to potential leads to understand their requirements and generate interest. Maintain and update all lead information in the CRM system regularly and accurately. Prepare quotations based on inquiry specifications and ensure timely follow-up. Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review and performance tracking. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination. Provide operational and administrative support to management, including handling ad-hoc tasks. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and closure of leads. Explore and source new leads through social media and other relevant online platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in lead generation through Indiamart, TradeIndia, and Projects Today.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong time management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
