JD for Lead Generation Specialist:-
Generating leads through various channels, including online platforms, cold calling, and emails.
Initiate outbound calls to prospects, introduce our IT services, and understand their business needs.
Through thorough market research, identify potential clients and industries using various channels like online platforms and social media for lead generation.
Communicate persuasively with international clients to present our software development offerings, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Schedule appointments for senior managers with prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our software development capabilities, emphasizing the value proposition of our IT services.
Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, managing communications, and updating client information.
Collaborate with internal marketing and development teams to align strategies and meet client expectations.
Requirement:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
Passion for sales, technology, and software development.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to work for an IT Start-up, learn, and work in a sales role.
Training and Development:
This role includes comprehensive training in international sales lead generation techniques, software development processes, and effective client engagement.
