We are looking for an experienced and energetic Lead Generation Specialist to join our business development team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients using company-provided data, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to confidently engage decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients using company-provided data.
Clearly communicate Furation's IT services and solutions to potential clients.
Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
Maintain accurate interaction logs and update CRM/records with lead details.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to refine messaging.
Requirements
6 month To 2 years of experience in lead generation, client outreach, or inside sales.
Prior experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management software is a plus.
