Job Overview:



The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities for our software development, website development, and digital marketing services. This role requires a deep understanding of the global market, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to generating high-quality leads that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in target international markets. Understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies using various channels, including email marketing, social media, LinkedIn, content marketing, SEO, PPC campaigns, and industry-specific platforms.

Prospecting:

Identify and reach out to potential clients through targeted email campaigns, cold calling, and networking. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads.

Lead Qualification:

Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our services and business goals. Qualify leads to pass on to the sales team.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute relevant content, such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars, to attract and engage potential clients.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing them with valuable information, addressing their concerns, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and ROI. Provide regular reports to the management team, along with recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business objectives and sales targets.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software development, website development, or digital marketing industry.

Global Market Knowledge:

Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in North America, Europe, and Asia. Familiarity with different cultural and business practices.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of software development, website development, and digital marketing services is essential. Ability to effectively communicate the value of these services to potential clients.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage and track leads.

Self-Motivated:

Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to work independently.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development teams.
