We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Lead Generation Specialist
to support our sales and marketing teams. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through various channels, including digital campaigns, email marketing, cold outreach, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales funnel, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through outbound emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital strategies.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, campaigns, and conversion rates.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics; report results and make improvements.
Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Attend webinars, trade shows, and networking events (if applicable) to gather leads and build relationships.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead databases
Preferred Skills:
Experience with B2B lead generation and account-based marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
Creative thinking and ability to craft compelling outreach messages
