We're seeking a highly motivated

Lead Generation Specialist

to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our AI automation and digital marketing solutions. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong research skills, and the ability to build meaningful connections that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and research potential clients across industries (Healthcare, Trading, Real Estate, etc.). Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and automation systems (e.g., n8n, HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist) for outreach campaigns. Qualify leads based on business size, industry, and service requirements. Maintain and update a lead database in Google Sheets or CRM. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead-generation goals. Craft personalized messages and follow-up sequences via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Track campaign performance and optimize outreach for higher conversion rates. Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales or technical team.

Requirements



Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B or agency lead generation. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search, and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,957.47 per month
