Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and online campaigns
Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities
Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM systems
Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the sales / program advisor team
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Conduct initial conversations to assess customer interest and eligibility
Handle inquiries from marketing campaigns and ensure timely responses
Maintain professionalism and a positive brand image during interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales
Strong verbal communication skills in
English
(knowledge of
Tamil
is an added advantage)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred
Ability to handle objections and maintain customer interest
