Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads via
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, JustDial, Apollo.io, and email campaigns
.
Prospect and approach decision-makers (Founders, Directors, CXOs, Business Owners) across industries.
Write and submit
winning proposals
on Upwork/Freelancer, ensuring high conversion.
Conduct
cold outreach via LinkedIn/email/calls
to build pipelines.
Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timeline before passing to the sales team.
Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) with updated lead status.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly lead generation & sales targets
.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
2-4 years in lead generation/business development for IT services.
Proven track record of converting
web/mobile technologies, ERP, or AI-based solutions
is a plus.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to client acquisition.
KPIs
Number of qualified leads generated per week/month.
Conversion rate from proposals/outreach.
Revenue generated from closed deals.
Response time to inbound/outbound leads.
