We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Lead Generation Specialist
to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and hand them over to the sales team.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Create and manage outreach campaigns (email, calls, social media).
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Track lead generation performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Understanding of IT/software products and services
Good research and analytical skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
