Position Overview
: We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Business Development Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in generating leads, driving sales, managing client communications, and working closely with the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a mindset focused on growth and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the IT/software industry.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal tech teams.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
Maintain CRM data and track leads effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Coordinate with project teams for scoping and proposals.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong SEO knowledge (on-page, off-page, tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Ability to create reports and derive insights.
Good communication, analytical thinking, and time management.
Basic understanding of CMS/WordPress is a plus.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics are an advantage.
