Position: Lead Generation SpecialistExperience: 3-6 yearsGeography -> Experience in geo's like- US, MENA, Africa.Location: [Your City / Hybrid / Remote]Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentKey Responsibilities :- Prior experience in IT / Analytics / AI SaaS or related B2B industries. -> Identify and research potential clients across industries (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Logistics/Supply Chains etc.).- Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar tools to build prospect lists.- Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads.- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up with event leads.- Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory meetings/demos for the sales team.- Maintain lead information and track activity using CRM (HubSpot preferred).- Create weekly and monthly reports on lead metrics and conversion performance.- Research industry trends and decision-makers to personalize outreach.Required Skills :- Strong communication and written skills (English proficiency a must).- Prior experience in IT / Analytics / AI SaaS or related B2B industries.- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, buyer personas and deal progression & management.- Analytical mindset for monitoring campaign metrics.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.Good-to-Have :- Prior experience in IT / Analytics / AI SaaS or related B2B industries.- Understanding of data enrichment and segmentation tools.- Familiarity with content-based outreach (e.g., case studies, whitepapers) and account/vertical based marketing & prospect outreach strategy.- Any certification on AWS (other hyperscalers), Database, Analytics, BI & AI.
