Job Description

As a Client Servicing Manager / Executive, you will


Serve as a day to day point of contact with our clients
Managing existing clients/activities end to end.
Servicing clients and maintaining a relationship with them for repeat business.
Be Responsible for putting together the brand and digital strategy in consultation with the client and internal BrandLoom subject matter experts.
Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery.
Research & build proposals for Client Presentations, reports & conduct client meetings
Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolios.
Understanding client goals/Objectives & their entire digital marketing needs including SEM, Display Advertising, Email Advertising, Affiliate Marketing & more
Work jointly with the internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
Identify growth opportunities from client portfolio & drive revenue
Research & keep updated information about emerging online trends & best practices within the digital marketing industry

The candidate should be an inspired one with a mindset to explore along with the company rather than a constrained mindset.


Job Shall Involve:




Interacting with clients to understand their branding, digital marketing and design requirements.
To put together a clear-cut marketing/design brief for the benefit of both the client & our strategy, technology and creative team.
Making client presentations: communicating with clients at every stage of the project and presenting before the clients.
Working on the company's marketing communication activities both online & offline

Keyskills:




Sound understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
Hands on knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising will be a plus.
