About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

to manage and execute online campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, paid ads, SEO, social media, and lead funnels, with a proven track record in real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

digital marketing strategies

to drive qualified leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels. Manage

end-to-end lead generation campaigns

including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization. Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve

conversion rates

. Track, measure, and report campaign performance using

analytics tools

(Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards). Coordinate with the sales team to ensure

lead quality and conversions

. Implement

SEO strategies

(on-page/off-page) to increase organic reach. Manage

social media presence

and content to build brand awareness and engagement. Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to refine campaigns. Build and maintain databases for

email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns

. Ensure marketing activities comply with

real estate regulations and company guidelines

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 2-5 years of experience in

digital marketing & lead generation

, preferably in

real estate

. Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms

. Strong understanding of

PPC, CPL, CPC, CPM, and ROI tracking

. Excellent skills in

copywriting, ad creatives, and campaign optimization

. Knowledge of

automation tools

(HubSpot, Zapier, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
