Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy:
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Research and identify target audiences and decision-makers within B2B or B2C markets.
Use lead scoring and segmentation to prioritize high-potential leads.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
CRM & Lead Management:
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Nurture leads through email sequences, retargeting ads, and personalized content.
Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
Outbound & Inbound Tactics:
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage potential leads.
Leverage webinars, eBooks, case studies, and other content to attract inbound leads.
Collaborate with content creators to develop lead-generating assets.
Monitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and lead generation best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
1+ years in
lead generation, digital marketing, or demand generation
(B2B experience preferred).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with
CRM software
(Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive).
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
lead scraping tools (Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io)
