Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Lead Generation Executive

to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms Research and build databases of prospective clients Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality Follow up with prospects and nurture leads regularly Prepare daily/weekly lead generation reports

Requirements:



0 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email platforms Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills:



Experience in B2B lead generation Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or cold calling Good negotiation and follow-up skills
