Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and personable lead generation executive to expand our prospecting and outreach activities. An ideal candidate will have a passion for generating new leads. The candidate will play a crucial role in creating the first touchpoint for prospects and ensuring a healthy lead pipeline for our pre-sales. Applicants should also be comfortable working with MS Office and other organizational software..
Key Responsibilities
1. Roles & Responsibilities
Lead generation through aggressive Cold calling and prospecting via LinkedIn, emails, referrals
Research target industries, organizations, and decision-makers to build a strong and accurate prospect database.
Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities in the CRM tool.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and outreach messaging.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and call targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product features to ensure effective communication with prospects.
2. Leadership & Team Work
Drive Vission / Mission/Purpose of the organisation and live the organisational values
Participate in all team meetings enthusiastically.
3. Growth Path:
Successful performers in this role can progress to Pre-Sales Executive / Business Development Executive roles with exposure to deeper solution understanding, client meetings, and demos.

Number of qualified leads generated per month
Number of cold calls and email outreaches made
