The Lead Generator is responsible for research, prospect identification, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role is critical in filling the top of the sales funnel and building a strong pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify leads from ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Run personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns based on ABM strategies.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT frameworks.
Book qualified meetings for BDMs and maintain updated CRM entries.
Coordinate with marketing to align on outreach themes and messaging.
Requirements:
Experience generating leads for IT/tech services.
High proficiency in cold outreach and LinkedIn networking.
Familiar with email automation tools
Driven, persistent, and KPI-oriented
