Lead Generation Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying, generating, and nurturing leads through multiple online/offline channels. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential customers.
Use tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM, and lead databases to generate qualified leads.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
Qualify leads through calls, emails, and online communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging lead generation techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development.
Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in B2B lead generation.
Familiarity with SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing industries.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.
