Key Responsibilities

:

Generate Leads through research, cold calling, and social media. Qualify Potential Clients and understand their business needs. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams to drive growth. Track Metrics to meet and exceed lead generation targets. Maintain CRM records to streamline follow-ups and communication.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (B2B preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Additional Traits

: Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand customer needs and pain points. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
